Local SEND Offer in Merseyside
Under the Children and Families Act 2014, each Local Authority has a legal responsibility to publish their own Local SEND (Special educational needs and disabilities) Offer.

The Local SEND Offer is an information, support and advice directory for children and young people aged 0 to 25 with special educational needs, as well as their parents and carers.
The Local Offer provides a single point for information to help families access details about services available to them within their own Local Authority.
